Terms and Conditions

Tickets are non-transferrable. We reserve the authority to refuse entry at our sole discretion without providing any preliminary explanation. If this happens, you will be fully reimbursed. We also hold the authority to instruct you to exit the event if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive to other guests' experience, or breaches the venue or Dirty Annie Retreats policies. We may exercise this right at our discretion, without providing an explanation. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. You are entitled to request a refund up to 45 days before the event begins, subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit. Please note that no refunds will be issued within 45 days of the event's commencement. Your compliance with the venue's food and drink policies is mandatory. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee room rates or their availability once our initial allotment of rooms is booked. Lastly, we take no responsibility for any lost or stolen items at the venue.
